Detailed Description:
You are invited to participate in an anonymous research study on social media usage and memory.
This is a two part study. The first phase of the study involves an online questionnaire and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The online survey for Part 1 needs to be completed seven days prior to attending your 30 minute on-campus session. The online survey will be emailed to students upon sign up for Part 2 of the study. The second phase of the study is a laboratory session at Macquarie University and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. During this phase you will see various media images, answer some questions and complete some memory tasks. Participants will receive 1 hour of credit for participation on completion of Part 2.
